Our Story
Lance Manson, founder and owner of Manson Consulting LLC, has both practical hands on experience and expert technical expertise in the field of building enclosures. Mr. Manson is well-respected and has an excellent reputation within the State of Florida and Nationally for being one of the top experts in roofing.
Mr. Manson was mentored by the best within the roofing and construction industry; he grew up in construction and worked for his family's commercial roofing company that was founded in 1977. Mr. Manson went on to be a Vice President of a large commercial roofing and construction company, where he became the second generation within his family to be a Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor.
Mr. Manson's combination of hands on experience while working in the roofing industry, and engineering experience from his years being taught Principles of Engineering by Florida Licensed Professional Engineers, he is the perfect combination of what can be practically done and what is required by today's standards. While working in the engineering industry, he obtained the professional registration as a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC).
As of 2022, there are 494,542 Licensed Professional Engineers in the United States and 121,368 Licensed Architect according to NCARB. In 2017, Mr. Manson was issued his professional registration as the 807th Registered Roof Consultant in the world. Within the community of Architects, Engineers and RRCs, Mr. Manson is part of the 0.2% of that group which have the designation as a RRC.
