At Manson Consulting, we are committed to the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and objectivity. As the owner and principal consultant of Manson Consulting, I recognize the importance of maintaining transparency and avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
Dual Engagement Disclosure
I currently hold a part-time position with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE), a separate and independent consulting firm. My work with WJE is conducted entirely separate from my activities with Manson Consulting. I do not use, disclose, or leverage any proprietary, confidential, or client information obtained through WJE for the benefit of Manson Consulting, nor vice versa.
Conflict Avoidance Measures
To avoid any conflicts of interest:

I do not solicit or accept projects through Manson Consulting that would directly compete with, conflict with, or compromise my obligations to WJE.

Any potential overlap between clients or projects is reviewed in advance and disclosed to all relevant parties.

I maintain clear time and resource separation between my work with WJE and my independent consulting through Manson Consulting.

I adhere to all contractual obligations, codes of ethics, and professional standards applicable to both roles.
Commitment to Transparency
Should a situation arise where a potential conflict of interest is identified, I will promptly disclose it and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue in a manner that upholds the trust and interests of all parties involved.
This policy reflects my personal and professional commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible conduct in all consulting engagements.
